The estimated delivery times are for reference only and are not guaranteed in any way as our products are hand made in order of purchase. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Puerto Rico, where Nunez Fine Jewelry™ & Joyería Nuñez™ defense team is stablished. Any dispute arising under this agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with the arbitration to be held in San Juan, Puerto Rico. In the event that a court or arbitration decides in favor of the client, the sole remedy shall be limited to an exchange of the article purchased or a credit from the store. Nunez Fine Jewelry™ & Joyería Nuñez™ will not be responsible for any other indemnification, payment for the customer's legal counsel, additional incurred expenses, or compensation for emotional loss.

4. Return Policy

Joyería Nuñez™ is committed to your satisfaction. Our policy allows for returns of items with factory defective materials or fabrication.

4.1 Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must have a verifiable defect in material or fabrication. Returns for any other reason will not be accepted. All original packaging, including gift boxes and certificates, must be included. The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason:

• Custom-designed or personalized jewelry

• Items that have been engraved or resized 

• Items marked as "Final Sale"

4.2 How to Process a Return

To initiate a return, you must notify our customer service team of the defect within 48 hours of receiving the item. You must then return the item to us within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. Returns received without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be refused. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4.3 Replacement or Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected for the described defect, we will immediately send you a replacement or provide you with a credit in our store for the total amount paid at purchase plus 15% for the inconvenience. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Shipping Policy

Our jewelry is made by hand by skilled artists. Because some items sell quickly, our artists are constantly creating new pieces to restock and fulfill the order queue. Before shipping, all items go through a pre-delivery inspection to ensure their quality. They are then transferred to our shipping department for processing.

• Shipping Schedule: We ship all orders on Thursdays and Fridays, in the order of purchase.

• Production Time: Items that were out of stock and had to be made may take approximately 2-3 weeks to be completed by our artists and pass through pre-delivery inspection. This time may vary depending on the season.
